So it turns out, reading the source code, that node’s “fs” module does expose fsync. It’s simply undocumented…

Oh how I wish Javascript had something similar to POD. I know that it wouldn’t fix *all* the issues, but at least it’d be a start to getting docs next to the code they are for.
